Brainspotting (BSP) is a direct brain based psychotherapeutic method used to help move people from dysregulation to regulation harnessing access to our subcortical brain using areas in our visual field called brainspots. Brainspotting (BSP) can be used with past experiences or memories, current stressors, future aspirations, as well as to enhance a greater sense of self.

  • Have you been through a sudden event like a car accident, unexpected surgery/medical procedure and find that it has opened up so much more?

  • Are you a parent/caregiver and find that you have a loop of memories that come and go (or come and won't go) connected to what it was like when you were growing up?

  • Are you recently pregnant or post partum and notice that bonding with your pregnancy/newborn and/or other children is not what you expected?

  • Has COVID 19 underscored other times in your life when your needs or survival was in question?

  • Are you a person of culture, body of culture, BIPOC and notice how settled or unsettled your nervous system living in our current times?

  • Are you experiencing a creative or artistic block that is interfering with your quality of life?

Brainspotting (BSP) can address all of these above  ways that our nervous system is trying to get our attention to direct long term connections and overall healing.
